I aim to quickly understand the local context through deep collaboration with the local leadership and governance before developing a plan for consideration by, and feedback from, the client.

Best results are achieved by walking alongside rather than imposing a particular way of thinking on others.

 

Understanding the challenge of school leadership within the tight regulatory environment in which schools operate, I want to simplify rather than add one more thing for school Principals and Board Chairs to worry about.
